We are Nord21 — also known as Nordic Intelligence. A boutique software and hardware house based in Hamburg, Germany. We build LLM-native solutions for companies that want to move faster than their industry allows.

Nord21 is deliberately small. We're a tight group of engineers, not a consultancy farm. Every person on the team ships code, talks to customers, and makes architecture decisions. No layers. No handoffs. No dilution.
Based in Hamburg — close enough to the European tech ecosystem to stay sharp, far enough north to think clearly. We work with B2B companies across Germany and the EU, from funded startups to established Mittelstand.
Why we exist
Traditional software consulting is broken. Massive teams, bloated timelines, mediocre results. Most "AI transformations" are PowerPoint exercises that end with a PDF nobody reads. We believe the future belongs to small, opinionated teams that move fast and think in models — not in tickets.
